THE Lovewell team
Lovewell Birth Collective & Wellness Shop, formerly Well Rounded Doulas, began back in 2015, as a hearts dream of three doulas who dared to believe that Sarnia-Lambton would be ready and willing to honour them with their journeys through pregnancy, labour, and beyond.
This dream has become a reality, and along with the Sarnia-Lambton community, Lovewell has grown! We consist of a 6 person doula team, joined by a delightful and knowledgeable wellness team of a registered prenatal yoga instructor and certified pre- & postnatal fitness instructor. Please read below to get to know us!
Stephany is a mother of two beautiful girls, a nurturer and a lover of all things birth. Throughout her postpartum journey as a young mom, she felt the impact and importance of having a positive support system. From there, Stephany discovered that she wanted nothing more than to be that vessel of support and knowledge for all pregnant and labouring humans. She followed her heart-driven passion to the path of a birth and postpartum Doula so that she could help individuals and their families be aware of their options, feel empowered and confident in their decisions.
Aside from her work as a Doula, Stephany can be found loving up on her supportive husband; Marshal, gently parenting her two little moons; Bella and Penelope, indulging in vegan food, and encapsulating placentas.

Kathryne is the mom of 3 awesome kids - ages 29, 28, 21. She was born and raised in Sarnia and the surrounding area, most recently lived in Grand Bend. She moved back to Sarnia to be closer to her family. Best decision ever!
Kathryne always wanted to be a nurse, and through her training was able to find her passion in Labour and Delivery. She worked in Michigan for 4 years then decided to try the travel nursing route. This experience was amazing and has made her a better and more experienced nurse than she thought possible. Kathryne was able to work in antepartum, labour and delivery, postpartum, NICU, and pediatrics She also has had the privilege of working coast to coast in California, settling in San Jose, in the only high risk hospital for Southern California, where if you name, it she did it - including delivery of sextuplets and flight nursing! She is so blessed to have had this in her life. One day while online she came across the Doula training with DONA and knew this was for her. She has worked with some amazing Midwives and Doulas, and the sisterhood and connection these support people brought to the birthing experience made it more special and peaceful as baby entered the world and took that first breath.
Kathryne loves teaching and coaching new parents as they get to know themselves, their baby, and all the changes associated with pregnancy, labour and beyond. She has been told she is easy to connect with and that her demeanour brings peace and confidence to the birthing experience. Kathryne is certified in breastfeeding and is planning to take birth educator training in the New Year. She will always be learning and upgrading to better serve her clients, and her goal is always to give you the best birth experience possible. Kathryn must warn you though - she cries at every birth, as it is the most beautiful thing you can experience and she is so invested in the joy of the moment that she cannot help it!

Tory is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and a Senior Law Clerk by day. Tory has been teaching yoga within the community of Sarnia-Lambton since 2014, teaching many different styles of yoga with a number of community groups and studios. Although versatile in her knowledge and abilities, Tory's passion has always been with pre and postnatal yoga and health.

For Tory, one of the most beautiful experiences has been to have her own babies in class as she leads her students (whether in utero or on the mat).
It is Tory's mission to support mamas in her community by introducing them to the ancient traditions and guiding principles of yoga in an effort to guide them through their pre and postnatal journey and healing, all while building a sense of community and support for mamas to thrive.
Dianne had an on-again off-again relationship with fitness in her adult life. It wasn’t until after her last little was born that she really committed to herself. Yes, fitness is a commitment to myself. Not just for her body, but more importantly for her mind.
After experiencing some pretty intense injuries during her last L&D, as well as living through her third bout of postpartum depression, she began exercise for rehabilitation purposes: to improve her mood and get her moving pain free again, so she could keep up with her kiddos.
She started slow and found that by following movements that felt good fitness longer felt like a chore, it was something she looked forward to. Two years in to her journey, she obtained her CanFit Pro personal Trainer certification and additional training to work with Prenatal & Postpartum individuals. She realized that if fitness had been this helpful for her in reducing and combating postpartum depression, it would help other new parents too. So, she also sought training through Postpartum Support International as a front line service provider to support those experiencing postpartum anxiety and mood disorders.
On top of her passion for fitness, Dianne is also nearing the completion of a Degree in Social Work. Her hope is to continue exploring the mind-body connection to help support new parents in that phase of life.
On the home front, Dianne has four little ones and a fuzzy feline. When not chasing after her rug rats, you can find her in the garden or hoarding houseplants.
